Muldrotha deck that ramps and plays control until it can fire off a big X Torment of Hailfire and win the game. The game plan is to get cabal coffers and urborg online quickly and then use all of that mana to recur whichever effects are required to control the board. Meanwhile, the deck uses cards like Azusa and Exploration to ensure it is getting further and further ahead on mana. Eventually firing off a game-ending Torment of Hailfire. The deck has proven to be extremely consistent and resilient.
