This is a Sultai control deck that wants to place the stranglehold on the opponent as it builds it's board with efficient bodies the main idea of this deck revolves around Eternal Scourge a 3/3 creature that is playable from exile or is fuel for delve cards granting powerful card advantage to the player beating the opponent out in value.

Eternal Scourge is a very powerful card that in all honesty is very underrated it turns targeted removal into unsummons and path to exile gains you a nice basic land with much less drawback, if it dies in combat or to a board wipe you have options for exiling your and your opponent's grave
