Let your stuff die to get exp counters on your Meren of Clan Ne Toth and then bring everything back to life. I am looking for ways to make this deck better, and am looking for any type of help with it (as I am new to EDH).

Your goal is to gather up more exp counters and revive your creatures. With plenty of good sacrifice outlets, it should be easy to get there.

While there are lots of creatures that benefit from being sacrificed (or have sacrifice abilities), sometimes the super big creatures are the best to sacrifice (Lord of Extinction). Mix that with Altar of Dementia, Disciple of Bolas, or Disciple of Griselbrand to get tons of value for your big creatures.

Cards like Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist benefit greatly from cards like Mycoloth. Throw in Ashnod's Altar, and you can get lots of mana while hurting your opponents and healing yourself.

An amazing turn 1 combo is: Swamp + Dark Ritual + Entomb + It That Betrays or Sheoldred, Whispering One + Reanimate. Pull this off and you get a massive advantage.

Using Altar of Dementia on yourself can be useful, as it can get more creatures into your graveyard.
