This lovely hug is a direct answer to the degenerate Atraxa, Praetors Hate deck I built. Because friends are good. It's budget-esque.

The basic goal is to create chaos with free spells, trading creatures or permanents, and card advantage to the detriment of those who gain advantage from said chaos. Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis giveth, and Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis taketh away. The point is to be as chaotic and politic-y as possible while having fun and gaining the trust of those who played against Atraxa.
