Mono-white control. Mangara of Corondor is used to reliably spot remove disgusting permanents that your opponents play. Luckily the ability doesn't require exile as a cost and therefore she can be bounced in response to her ability in order to put her in your hand or just flickered back to the battlefield. The stack allows for this deck to, for the most part, avoid the "Commander Tax" and keep opponents in check.

Notable combo is Rest in Peace + Helm of Obedience to mill an opponent's library, but other than that swinging with larger creatures is still a viable method of winning.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Update:

Out: Scepter of Dominance, Vedalken Orrery, Karmic Guide, 2 Snow-Covered Plains, and Dust Elemental (Requires 3 creatures)

In: Magewright's Stone, Restoration Angel, Rings of Brighthearth, Umbral Mantle, Eldrazi Displacer, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
