My attempt at getting started with Kess-Storm on a budget. My goal is for this to be more of a casual deck (For now) My plan is to add more of the pricier $10+ cards to get to more of a semi-competitive deck with a cap of $30 per card (a play group at my lgs plays by this limit)

I'm new to commander and deckbuilding and this is my first shot at my own build. Using various resources like EDHrec, other lists from tappedout, youtube, etc.

I'm hoping for any advice on any cards to add (or remove) or better budget options for cards in the list.
