The point of the deck is just to mill your opponents in a budget friendly mono blue fashion. If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it because this deck could use it. Update: After testing in Arena I've found the games in which you resolve Jace I can win most of the time if I already have at least 2 advisors on board and all I'm not dead on board to their creatures. Sideboard update: I'm adding Sentinel Totems to the sideboard to fight Izzet Drakes and other graveyard decks.
