Just a fun Izzet deck. Designed for multiplayer, take lots of extra turns and shut down others until I can get a couple good fireballs in. Doubling damage is just an asset.

Sensei's Divining Top: Early game advantage, use in late game to set up Melek so he can double our spells.

Young Pyromancer/Talrand, Sky Summoner: Gets us some creatures as we go, either to chump block or to get in some damage before we win.

Melek, Izzet Paragon/ Meletis Charlatan /Echo Mage/Dual Casting: Double up those spells. Why fireball for 30 when you can fireball for 60? Multi-use doublers

Mana Flare/Gauntlet of Power/Caged Sun: Speaking of doubling, lets get more mana to win.

Curse of Bloodletting/Furnace of Rath/Dictate of the Twin Gods: Oh look, more doubling. Lets them die that much faster.

Temporal Mastery/ Walk the Aeons /Time Stretch: With all this doubling stuff, we need to set up our board state and then kill everyone at once. So why not take two or three turns and get everything out? Ral Zarek can also do this, but he isn't as reliable.

Fireball/Comet Storm/Devil's Play/ Red Sun's Zenith : Kill them. Nothing special here, just a giant fiery 50 damage to the face.

Looking for some comments and criticism, and especially cards to consider adding or removing.
