2 Trainz' Braggro Modern Elf deck

Sideboard

This is my newest elf deck. It's main theme pretty much revolves around Bramblewood Paragon(hence the name), and taking advantage of its interactions.

Strong interactions:

1)Immaculate Magistrate + Joraga Warcaller , this one is pretty obvious, but it works well to play Joraga once Immaculate Magistrate no longer has summoning sickness to immediately get big elves and swing (although they won't have trample, but that isn't usually a problem in most matchups)

2)Bramblewood Paragon + Joraga Warcaller , Bramblewood Paragon let's you get a free additional +1/+1 for all your elves.

3)Burst of Strength + Joraga Warcaller , Burst of Strength can be used as an instant speed, half off additional counter so it can be used to do a decent amount of surprise damage.

4)Bramblewood Paragon + Wren's Run Vanquisher , If Bramblewood Paragon is already in play, then you get a 2 drop Death touch Trample 4/4.

5)Dwynen's Elite + Bramblewood Paragon, tokens come in with +1/+1 and trample, so easy generation is even more valuable.

6)Elvish Archdruid/ Immaculate Magistrate + Burst of Strength, not only can this be done to make these important cards more resistant to burn, but it also allows you to get double mana or counters.

7) Immaculate Magistrate /Burst of Strength + Bramblewood Paragon, these two allow you to give a creature instant speed trample.

I'd like to add a playset of Cavern of Souls and some Eldritch Evolutions but haven't for monetary reasons.

08/20/16 PPTQ Results

Round one was Infect: I lost the set 1-2, but it could have easily swung the other way, with a bit less shit luck. Obviously the matches were very fast, and it will probably always just come down to swinging for lethal before they kill off infect.

Round Two was Merfolk: I won this set 2-0 both matches I went bigger faster than him, and it seemed like luck was involved to a certain degree.

Round Three was Eldrazi: Another case of outpacing his threats, I won 2-0.

Round Four was Kiki Chord: Won 2-1, lost the first because I had to mull down to 4 and had no steam, but the other two games I didn't have to great of hands, I was just able to keep a decently fast pace.

Round Five was Affinity: Another 2-0 Win, the first match he swung and could only get me down to one life after I got a great board state, so I killed him on my turn. Game two was a lot faster and I drew an early Rec sage to remove his only threat.

Top 8 Round One was Tron: I lost 0-2. I've had a mixed amount of results with Tron. This time I lost both games when I was a turn away from swinging for lethal, he top decked an ugin in both cases. game 2 I got insanely close on turn 4 after he had already burned one Archdruid and Karn -3 ed another, despite that, I was able to play a Joraga kicking him once, he came in with an additional counter, but all my Elves were only able to bring him down to 19. The Ugin he topdecked combined with his two worm coils sealed that match pretty tight.

Overall I did well, making top 8 was good, but I was close to doing even better, I just want to show how good my deck is, but Magic is Magic and I can't control everything.
