Many a Veteran Explorer have made this wondrous city their home, and with their Rites of Flourishing, we've been blessed with overwhelming prosperity. If you ever require further resources, a Spectral Searchlight may also be loaned to you for a small price.

If information is your pleasure, it is recommended that you commiserate with Edric, Spymaster of Trest. With his knack for knowledge, youll surely find yourself amidst a beneficial and deeply Rhystic Study. Our opulent city and its patrons are more than happy to assist you if you provide them with useful Manifold Insights.

There are, of course, a few rules that must be acknowledged. Please heed the instructions of our Windborn Muse, as it is of paramount importance that we keep all citizens of Meletis safe and protected. Any wrongdoers who Disrupt Decorum will be forced into a Ghostly Prison.

For those who do follow our rules, there are a great many favors we are prepared to offer in exchange for your compliance. The revered Gahiji, Honored One will be happy to bolster your soldiers. We may present you with a Sylvan Offering, a great honor. You might even be allowed into the Forbidden Orchard, which is off limits to all but a Fortunate Few of our most devoted allies.

However, if you break your alliance with the great city of Meletis, the consequences will be severe. As punishment for your Insidious Will, you will be forced to walk the Path to Exile, where every step you take turns to Treacherous Terrain. Our spies and informants are well-placed to Incite Rebellion within your ranks, and mount a mutinous Insurrection against you. No matter how vast your armies, never forget who truly holds the Reins of Power.
