A cheap deck all about bringing out everybody's favorite minion. Here's how the cards break down:

Dark Petition + Diabolic Tutor to search for the cards you need when you need em, based on the amount of removal you'll be using, Dark Petition will give you some money back.

Dark Ritual one of the most broken black cards ever printed, it gives three additional mana at the cost of 1, at instant speed.

Victim of Night + Tragic Slip + Mutilate + Go for the Throat all for removal, any removal + Tragic Slip is a nasty combo.

Sign in Blood is for card draw, at the price of 2 life. Useful for getting to a tutor or one of your key combo pieces. If the lifedrain is too much for you, consider running Radiant Fountain

And finally, the key combo of Endless Whispers + Phage the Untouchable , which locks down the board and creates a very....very undesirable game state for the opponent.

(PS. this deck can be pretty slow at times, if you aren't running budget then I'd recommend 4-of Cabal Coffers as well)
