This is a brew of Waste Not Storm that I'm going to be tuning in the future. Took ideas from both Seth (SaffronOlive of MTGGoldfish) and Vince (PleasantKenobi) to build the list. One of the main issues with Waste Not is closing the game once you combo, so I'm running several (perhaps too many) win conditions. Notably, Banefire and Psychic Spiral are cards I've never seen run in this style of list, and I'm eager to test them.

Other additions I'm making are cycle-lands (two Barren Moor seemed to be the best option), and a couple of scry-lands, since the format just slowed down with Looting's ban. I've opted for Liliana's Caress as a 2-of in the side, instead of main, because of the amount of other win conditions I want to test.
A concern I have is with the ritual total. Seth opted for a slower, grindier build with no rituals (which I also plan to work on, using Life from the Loam), and Vince used 4 SSG, 4 Desperate, and 4 Pyretic, with 2 Past in Flames to help. I'm almost certainly running too few at the moment, but time will tell.
Other things that I'm keeping an eye on include: 1 Manamorphose (mostly due to budget constraints), the mana base (fetches specifically, and if I'm running too many U/R lands), Despise vs Duress vs Thoughtsieze, the lack of boardwipes (Seth ran a Damnation, but again, that was a long time ago).
The sideboard definitely needs work, and will change according to the meta of course. Shenanigans, Fatal Push, Ravenous Trap, and Plague Engineer are almost certainly mainstays though. Bolt is decent for creature removal and reach of course.

will probably move to the sideboard soon, it's much less consistent than just repeatedly Raven's Crime-ing and finishing with a Grapeshot, except against fringe cases of Seismic Assault or hard control.
