I started with making a Bant blink deck but then remembered there is a vicious blink card by the name of Siege Rhino that exists. So, I decided to go greedy and try a four color blink deck. The reason I want to keep blue is for Coiling Oracle and Spell Queller. I'd like to run Reflector Mage but I don't know if there is room. Battle plan is simple: get board presence with value cards and finish off with some siege rhino goodness.

Any help is welcome. Four colors is tricky, especially when it comes to the mana base. With siege and finks I should be able to get away with quite a few shocks but still help is appreciated.
