Lookout's Dispersal is Mana Leak half the time and Cancel the other half. Bretty good.

Siren Stormtamer turns on pirate mode for Lookout's Dispersal/Fathom Fleet Captain and also protects the good pirates.
Kitesail Freebooter also protects your dudes, flies, and turns on pirate mode.
Fathom Fleet Captain is a bad Bitterblossom.
Hostage Taker is kind of insane. The deck has so much protection, you have a decent chance of being able to cast your stolen thing. Even stealing their one drop and then chump blocking with it is good tempo.
Walk The Plank?? I don't know. Maybe it will be good, or maybe merfolk will be the best deck.
Daring Saboteur seems pretty good. It gets in there, gives you some card selection, and still gets in there late game.
Ruin Raider is a bad Dark Confidant.
Fell Flagship pumps the pirates, thereby making the crew cost more manageable.
The Scarab God is very good and lets you use your value creatures again.
The land set is a little light, the basic land type cycle lands would be a good addition but $$$. The Evolving Wilds are to turn on REVOLT.
