Creatureless Narset EDH deck.

The game plan is to ramp hard with artifacts and protect self with spot removal into Narset + haste.

Swing with narset, then procede to take all the extra turns, blow up the world, have additional combats, and draw a lot of cards.
The deck is meant to be explosive, resilient, and fun to play with and against.

There are so many different routes to get a win with this deck. However, the one I enjoy most is also the least obvious (to inexperience players).
1) Get Proteus Staff. Either hit it with Narset or Fabricate/Long-Term Plans into it.
2) Activate Proteus Staff targeting Narset while ability is still on stack. Since she is our only creature, she will go to bottom and then you will reveal entire deck until you put her back on field.
3) Proteus Staff's ability will then allow us to stack the deck any way we want. This is where the fun begins.
4) There are many options open to you. I would choose to put Time Warp, Decree of Annihilation, Barren Glory , and Counterflux or Render Silent on top.
5) Swing with Narset, getting the top 4 cards of your library, ready to be cast.6) Cast Decree of Annihilation, blowing up everything and discarding your hand with a counterspell as back up.
7) Cast Barren Glory as your only permanent.
8) Cast Time Warp, begin next turn, win with Barren Glory.
Note: if you have enchantments other than Barren Glory on field, grabbing Cataclysm instead of the counterspell or Time Warp will work just fine. Or start chaining extra attack steps to get as many things as you need.

Sunforger package included for protection, removal, and overall usefulness, along with +4/0 on Narset.

Land base is a low on nonbasics for a reason. I don't want to get blown out by my own Ruination. However, if there are any non-basics you think I need, I would be happy to hear them.
