This Kami of the Crescent Moon deck is all about drawing cards.

For the first few turns, it aims to get a "no maximum hand size" card like Reliquary Tower, build up a board of Howling Mine effects, and hopefully grab a spell-copier like Mirari or Meletis Charlatan. Meanwhile, it's important to counter combat threats and anything that might go infinite.

When it's ready to go off, which can be as early as turn 5 (but usually around turn 8 or 9), the goal is to play extra turn spells. Because I'll be drawing several cards each draw step, an extra turn usually draws me into another extra turn, and so on - especially if I can copy it for multiple turns. Eventually, this usually leads into a win with Windfall or Jace's Archivist and Laboratory Maniac.

I've included backup plans in case I ever lose a counterspell battle over Lab Maniac or it gets milled away. Elixir of Immortality shuffles it back into my deck, along with plenty of counterspells and any extra turn spells that ended up in my graveyard. I also have Aeon Chronicler and Sturmgeist plus Aqueous Form in case all else fails.

I have a few cards I'm still looking to buy. Psychosis Crawler and Venser's Journal are musts for the deck. Sol Ring, Gilded Lotus, Thought Vessel and High Tide are some of the cheaper options that the deck really needs to ramp. Sapphire Medallion and Caged Sun are some more expensive tools. primal amulet really helps the deck do what it wants, too. Cheap counterspells like Swan Song would be fantastic, and same goes for simple blue staples like Cyclonic Rift.
