This is my take on a classic elemental tribal theme. I decided not focus on the reanimation text of Horde of Notions, and instead went for a mid-range "go wide" strat. The reanimation for horde of notions can be great late game to bring back huge bombs though.

This deck is incredibly beginner friendly, and boils down to swing with big creatures. There are few cards that I would like to highlight as some of the best cards in the deck IMO after playing MANY games with it.

CREATURES: Risen Reef + Omnath, Locus of Rage + Scapeshift + Yarok, the Desecrated is possibly the best combination in the deck where you basically win outright.

An example of this in action is: 1. Play Scapeshift and sacrifice 6 lands. 2. get 6 lands from your deck and place on the battlefield. 3. Omnath, Locus of Rage and Risen Reef will trigger 6 times, however Yarok, the Desecrated will double the triggers to 12 for both of them. 4. you get 12 5/5 creatures from Omnath and still have 12 triggers to resolve from Risen Reef.

ENCHANTMENTS: We need to have several ways to ramp in the deck. Especially, since we run all 5 colors. To help out, I included two cards which I think are the best ways this deck has to ramp up. They are Burgeoning and Smothering Tithe.

Outside of ramp, we need to have some sort of creature protection. Steely Resolve for our deck functions as a 2 mana Asceticism.

ARTIFACTS: Cryptic Gateway and Belbe's Portal serve as the best ways to cheat out as many high CMC creatures as possible. In combination with Risen Reef, you can play a ton of creatures in one turn.

FINAL THOUGHTS: This is deck in my play group is incredibly consistent. This may seem odd given the current mana-base, however with several cards to ramp us. We can almost always get every color that we need. The later the game goes. The better this deck will perform and you can easily miss some triggers if you aren't careful. Take your time, and have fun!
