Elvish Throne is a deck not terribly dissimilar from most Modern Golgari Elf decks, but there are a few wrinkles which I explain below.

The biggest change is the rarely-seen Elvish Harbinger. I like it better than the traditional Chord of Calling that we usually see in those slots for a number of reasons. First off, you can hit on it with Collected Company which can really set you up nicely. Secondly, it provides mana of any color which can be beneficial when trying to get out Shaman of the Pack. It also makes Realmwalker more efficient, both by increasing the number of creatures you can hit on and being able to top deck a card that Realmwalker will then let you play immediately. Finally, it let's you treat your sideboard like a tool box, going to get whichever of many useful elves you might have brought in.

Not everyone uses Throne of the God-Pharaoh or Westvale Abbey   but both cards have won me more than a few games I would not have otherwise. Also, a quick word about Wildborn Preserver. The card is also not widely-used, but I have gotten much more value out of a pair of them than anything else I could have put in that slot. It primarily serves as a great place to sink any mana-overruns you might get from turn to turn - having said that, it can get unexpectedly MASSIVE, and while it's best use is as a deterrent to hold off occasional big threats (it has both Flash and Reach), it has also at times been a completely unaccounted-for threat that my opponent suddenly realized they didn't have an answer for. In later matches it draws removal that might otherwise be used against more important creatures. Keep in mind that it can also be pumped when brought in using Collected Company. I went back and forth between including this or copies of Elvish Clancaller, the intent behind that card mainly being trying to get more Lords in to help nudge key components (like Elvish Archdruid) past a boltable 3 Toughness, but not being able to include a full set of them diminishes their value greatly imo. I considered dropping an Elvish Harbinger and a Realmwalker to make the full set, but that slowed the deck noticeably. Imperious Perfect is another card that I'm considering here for similar reasons, but at the moment I've just found too much value in having the occasional 10+/10+ creature with reach on my board.

I go heavily into fetch lands not just because of how valuable thinning your deck out is for Collected Company and Realmwalker but also because it let's you reset when Realmwalker stalls, shuffling your deck to hopefully coax more creatures to the top. Keep that in mind and try not to pop any fetch lands unless you need to. The downside to this tactic is a vulnerability to Blood Moon or something similar. If you're worried about that in your meta, at the very least swamp Pendelhaven out for a basic Swamp.

Going with only 18 lands is rarely a problem, and I've won a number of matches with only a single land on the board, which is something to keep in mind when considering those opening draws. For the many of you out there (like myself) for whom Cavern of Souls is simply too cost-prohibitive, the land mix I've listed should do just fine, but if you also lack a set of Overgrown Tomb then you might want to rethink your mix and lower the number of fetches.

For my sideboard, I loaded up on pairs of elves that Elvish Harbinger could go and get for me as a replacement for the 2x Throne of the God-Pharaoh. I'm always looking for more toolbox elf suggestions for the sideboard, so if you have any, please let me know - just keep them try to keep them 3 cmc or less.
