Super Budget build, advice appreciated

Aetherflux Reservoir is the obvious win condition, usually pairing it with Paradoxical Outcome provides you enough life to win. It also works in a more minor capacity with the other draw/return cards.

Baral's Expertise Can be used defensively against opponents bombs or be used to return your 0 drops to your hand. The second part of the ability is also handy to play our win-con Aetherflux Reservoir or any other card thats 4 CMC or under.

Inspiring Statuary With all the cheap artifacts you will be playing this enables a lot of high value cards to be played.

Reverse Engineer and Anticipate provide you card draw to find what you need. Glint-Nest Crane and Inventors' Fair also helps tutor the artifacts you need.

Kozilek, the Great Distortion is just here for fun and it can be very easy to play him.
