This is a Rakdos midrange deck

CREATURES

Desecration Demon because no one likes him. 4 mana 6/6 wiht flying. And a

Flame-Wreathed Phoenix 4 mana 5/5 flying. Not bad. Desecration demon's buddy. IF they dont pay the tribute, voila, a chump blocker.

Furyborn Hellkite 7 mana 12/12. Flying. That is ridiculous. Yes Please.

Malignus 5 mana 10/10 causes many headaches. No idea no one plays this beauty.

Mogis, God of Slaughter Sac or shock. take 2? fine with me. 9 more turns to go.

Purphoros, God of the Forge 2 damage when I play a creature. Weeeee this gonna be fun.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots Another 4 mana 6/6 flying. Hes legendary tho, so I keep one.

Royal Assassin Infinite murders unless you kill him. I say lol.

Underworld Cerberus 5 mana 'unblockable' 6/6, and grave hate. I love it :)

Note: As I have all the Chandras, I usually put in the right one under the right circumstances :)

Well had somewhat casual-competitive games today. This Rakdos Deck did ok, but I have found some flaws.

1-0 GAME 1; vs Mana Ramp with hydras

He had nothing besides Elvish Mystics and other little things out. Once i played Desecration Demon, he really had no way to counter it. By the time he was at 2 health, he finally pulled out some nasty things like Polukranus, world eater . To make things worse for him though, I just magma jet him to the face.

This time he was considerably better. He nastily got Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, which really screwed me over, until I top decked a doom blade. Afterwards, he was searching for anwsers for my Mogis, God of Slaughter . He had no creatures left.

GAME 2 vs AZORIUS BS

0-1

I got wrecked. Supreme Verdict and detain. 2 things I don't like.

I was very close to beating him this time, as he was at 3 health, and I had a Rakdos Lord Of Riots out. Then he used Sphinx's relevation. I did not enjoy that. I lost.

GAME 3 vs MONO BLACK AGGRO

Rakdos's Return did the trick.

His Sorin Markov pissed me off. You can see why

Easy win. Rushed him with flying while he tried to make use of his Zombies and Thoughtsteal Got rid of my Desecration demon. Not my burn.

GAME 4: VS G/R monsters

0-1

Ember Swallower was mean. So was Plummet.

My Utvara Hellkite finished him off.... with 5 6/6 dragons....

2-1

Killed him on turn 7. Normally what should happen.

GAME 5: vs Eldrazi

1-0

Urabrask the Hidden screwed him over.

How do I deal with an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. I doom bladed and he mending torch .

Easy win. Say hello to Master of Cruelties

CONCLUSION:

Great and fun deck, but some regenerates would be nice...
