Creature (1)

Delver and other creatures start the clock. Try to use burn for reach, counter any removal.

4 Delver of Secrets  : The blue Wild Nacatl. Our most favored first turn play along with some protection

3 Snapcaster Mage: Flashbacks much needed control and burn spells. I have found a sweet spot with 3, but 4 might be the right choice.

3 Young Pyromancer: Powerful card that can turn my instant/sorcery spells into critters

2 Tasigur, the Golden Fang: Big Delve fatty with card advantage stacked on top.

2 Gurmag Angler: Big fish is big. Beater hopefuly by turn 2 or 3.

Mana Leak: I prefer to have leak as a two of. Still a great counter spell and I am happy to see them early.

Deprive: Testing as a one of. If the game goes a little late, Deprive turns into our best counterspell. Since we usually round off at about 4 lands end game, the drawback is not as heavy for us.

Spell Snare: Gets rid of the many pesky two-drops of modern.

Spell Pierce: Quick and easy spell. Combining these types of 1CMC counter with Pyromancer is usually a good call.

Kolaghan's Command: New command that basically put delver over the top. Turning our tempo plan into a midrange-grind fest has allowed this deck to attack from many angles.

Lightning Bolt: What needs to be said. One red to get rid of a small creature or burn for 3. Best card is best.

Terminate: One of the better creature removal spells. Solid in a Grixis build.

Rise/Fall: Currently occupying the flex spot. I like the pseudo Kcommand that it offers. But I am also a fan of late/early game discard against an opponent. Testing, seems nice. But maybe something else is the right choice.

Gitaxian Probe: Allows me to see my opponents hand giving me much needed information. Makes sure I know which card I need to counter. The draw is very nice.

Serum Visions: Allows Delver flips. Playing the YP build almost certainly calls for all 4.

Thoughtscour: With the addition of the Delve Creatures, this guy is sweet. Offering turn 2 delve fatties is wonderful.

Scalding Tarn / Bloodstained Mire: As of right now I do not own any of Tarns. This + a Delver trigger can do some fun shenanigans. Will acquire over time. The mire is the replacement

Polluted Delta: Mana fixing at its best.

Steam Vents: 2 of. Dual lands are nice.

Water Grave : Just like above, great mana fixing. And we only require a splash of black.

Blood Crypt: See above.

Darkslick Shores: Nice early turn play. These types of lands get around choke as well.

Sulfur Falls: 1 of. I love me some check lands.

Blood Moon: Shuts down greedy mana bases. Once i acquire it will be a two of.

Counterflux: Allows us counters against control decks. Mainly Twin and U/W/r control.

Dispel: For any deck with high removal/counters.

Flashfreeze: Unconditional counter for red and green.

Vampiric Link: New tech against burn. I tried dragon claws and was not entirely sold. Enchanting an opponents burn creature is hilarious.

Izzet Staticaster: Mainly used against tokens, dorks, delvers, and the 2/1's.

Shattering Spree: Affinity Affinity Affinity. Replicating for cheap makes it better than Vandalblast in my opinion

Spellskite: Some decks have a hard time dealing with a resolved spellskite.

Rending Volley: Great against twin and fish.

Surgical Extraction: The sideboard changes quite often, testing out this new guy. Gets rid of tron lands combo pieces and works well with Gitaxian Probe.

Updates Add

The deck seems solid as of right now. I am having a tough time debating between 18 or 19 lands. I feel that 18 gets a little tricky with the 2 Cryptic Command s in the deck. I am hoping to possibly trade a few things for a Vendillion Clique, but as of right now I am still playing a more budget build and choosing not to run Clique or the Fetches.

Any recommendations?
