An attempt at a strong Norin the Wary deck that doesn't rely on chaos and coin flips (Goblin Game etc.) This is my first attempt at mono-red in commander as it isn't my favorite color (I prefer big combos and vomiting creatures) any help would be appreciated. Trying to keep individual cards under 10 dollars. All the expensive ones I already owned.
