I would appreciate any help in making this deck more efficient and reliable, as well as help with building a suitable sideboard. Any synergistic card suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The Weeping Angels are aliens/monsters from Dr. Who.

Able to move at the speed of light, your only defense against a weeping angel is to keep your eyes wide open. If you blink, it's already too late. My hope that this deck brings together a good use of the flicker mechanic in the modern format in order to create at least a somewhat-competitive deck.

Genesis Chamber and Aetherflux Reservoir are the main win conditions. Akroma, Angel of Fury is a backup plan for ensuring the opponent is whittled down, or to make time for the first two win conditions to come online.

The life gain mainly comes from Soul's Attendant and Soul Warden working in conjunction with Genesis Chamber .

An "infinite" combo takes place in the form of either a Felidar Guardian flickering one of its brothers, or a Restoration Angel flickering the Felidar Guardian . Whichever happens, the "infinite" combo happens as the first flickered creature re-enters the battlefield, triggering its 'enter the battlefield' effect, and then flickering another creature. This will go on and on, granting "infinite" lifegain from the soul sisters ( Soul's Attendant & Soul Warden ), and granting and infinite army of mechanical minions from Genesis Chamber --which will further your lifegain.

For card draw and early defenses, you have Wall of Omens --which when paired with a Genesis Chamber and a soul sister will gain you at the least 2 life, and 1 more myr minion.

In order to stop early murders or exiles, you have Cloudshift and Acrobatic Maneuver . Casting these after your creatures have been targeted will effectively serve as a 'counterspell', as the original spell's target will become invalid AND you will trigger more 'enter the battlefield' effects--furthering your lifegain and army production. Restoration Angel will essentially serve the same purpose (flash=instant).

Be aware that the flickering mechanic won't protect against nukes like Fumigate , which is in the deck to help with board resets. It is the best nuke I could find because this deck is designed to benefit more from it, as most of the time your Genesis Chamber has generated enough myr throughout the board that you will be gaining at least 15 life--bringing you closer to your endgame.

In the end, you win the game by either having infinite life and forcing your opponent to fold; paying 50 life to Aetherflux Reservoir to kill your opponent; or by battering your opponent with the millions of myr at your disposal.

Also, Akroma, Angel of Fury is a fun little edition: by paying 3 mana (morph), and then flickering her using either Restoration Angel , Cloudshift or Acrobatic Maneuver . That's a turn 4, 6/6 flyer with protection from white and blue. And it has trample. And we don't need any red mana to due it.

The reason I put quotes around the word "infinite" when referencing a combo is that you aren't forced to continue the flickering loop forever due to the keyword 'may'. This is good for us because it doesn't force a draw. We don't like draws.
