This is the pre-built Jace, Ingenious Mind Mage deck from Rivals of Ixalan that I just made some modifications to. It was my first deck and I've only used cards from my deck builder that I recently got to adjust it. I'm just looking for some general advice to make the deck play better because I don't really have much of an idea what I am doing.

Right now, the deck is made to get a lot of counters out on my creatures then either do enough in the early game to seal a win or use cards that tap creatures to get around defenses in the later game.
