Mono Red Goblin Cavalcade

Introduction

This is an attempt to take the Red Cavalcade deck, that was played a lot in M20 standard, to the Modern format. I played the version of the deck that was featured by and had a lot of fun with it, so I decided to try and match it up with some goblins and see what would happen. I took the core synergy Cavalcade of Calamity + Chandra's Spitfire and this is what I've ended up with so far.

The Deck

It's simply a bunch of seemless 1/1 goblins that try to utilize the effects of Cavalcade of Calamity + Chandra's Spitfire to win. Light Up the Stage helps with card advantage, Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade obviously works as damage to opponent and removal, at times it also helps Chandra's Spitfire becoming lethal. Chandra, Torch of Defiance is probably weird in this deck, but it works as card advantage, mana ramp, non-combat damage and can be a win condition in itself in fringe situations.

Win conditions

So far, the deck has managed to win in three different ways: 1. Chandra's Spitfire + Non-combat damage from Cavalcade of Calamity or Goblins like Mogg Fanatic in conjunction with Pashalik Mons . Pashalik Mons + Skirk Prospector has also been a pretty effective way to pump up the Spitfire. 2. Cavalcade of Calamity + a whole bunch of 1/1's 3. Direct damage to the opponent with Goblin Grenade and Lightning Bolt after reducing their life total a little at the time by way of Mogg Fanatic , Fanatical Firebrand and Pashalik Mons .

Making the deck better

I've been thinking that this deck could possibly become pretty good and would like suggestions. Should I go for making loads of tokens? Or should I try making it more of a burn deck? How about the sideboard? Any and all suggestions are welcome!
