Your simple UB control creature mill deck with Phenax at the helm. Also looking to attack multiple opponents at once with mill spells, with some spell recursion. Also have a couple of instant-kill combos for the competitive games. Overall am looking to make it more competitive than not.

Maybeboard cards are cards I'm toying with playing with or switching out, depending on conditions. Any suggestions to make the deck more competitive are welcome.
