This deck packs lots of stuff to untap Merieke to steal everyone's creatures. If I can cloudshift them or make them indestructible when I untap Merieke I do not lose them and am free to steal more stuff!

It takes advantage of mutiplayer with cards like Blatant Thievery and Aura Thief

There are a good number of cheep rattlesnakes. For early game protection.

It packs a lot of counterspells so as to protect Merieke and to stop big game changers.

Trasmute is to tutor the more potent cards like Cyclonic Rift and Pemmin's Aura

There are creatures that draw me cards when they deal damage to opponents (who cant block 'cuz I've stolen all of there creatures).
