Mardu Fighting! (Standard MTG Deck)

4x Bloodsoaked Champion: Persistent 1-drop Warrior, synergizes with Tymaret and Butcher later.
3x Chief of the Edge : Efficient 2-drop that pumps most of our other creatures.
4x Seeker of the Way: 2-drop Warrior, Prowess and early Lifelink.
2x Tymaret, the Murder King: A little mediocre as a 2-drop, but later he does work sacrificing Champions or tokens for extra damage.
4x Goblin Rabblemaster: Very threatening on its own, token are good fodder for Tymaret and Butcher.
4x Butcher of the Horde: Just a really good creature all around.
2x Wingmate Roc : A strong flyer with a friend and lifegain.

Non-creature

3x Lightning Strike: Early removal or some damage to the face.
4x Crackling Doom: An amazing removal spell.
3x Hero's Downfall: Kill creatures or planeswalkers.
2x Mardu Charm : Another answer to 4 toughness creatures, with the option to make tokens or Duress.
2x Sorin, Solemn Visitor: He's great. Gives power and lifelink or making tokens.

Sideboard

Strategy

The basic strategy is quite simple: Attack with your creatures while eliminating their blockers and threats. Tokens and Bloodsoaked Champion can easily be sacrificed to Butcher of the Horde because they are replaced so easily. If you have extra mana lying around you can instead sacrifice to Tymaret to get some damage in.

There are two ways to use the sideboard. The first is your normal siding in to tailor the matchup. Some different removal spells to match the threats you see, card drawing and planeswalkers if the game goes long. Or you can take out a lot of the creatures and put most or all of the sideboard in to transform into a Walker-style control deck. I've found this to be effective against certain aggro decks like Heroic or tokens, and decent against Abzan Midrange. Against control decks you are probably better off staying aggressive.

After testing for about a week I'm finalizing the changes mentioned in the comments. Since I might delete those at some point, I'll repeat here:

Though I've had to fight through some bad luck this week, I like the way these changes play. I've decided against putting Magma Jet in, I'm sticking with Lightning Strike instead.

Now for next steps. As the meta evolves, Nyx-Fleece Ram isn't doing as much as it used to. Instead, I NEED Drown in Sorrow against Hornet Queen, probably useful in other matchups as well. I'm also going to do testing on Deflecting Palm in place of Utter End.

But that's going to wait for a bit. I've got yet another Sultai build I want to try out.
