A silly Time Sieve Combo deck that was originally made on a $20 budget. Over the course of time I managed to trade for more cards, so of course the deck has exceeded that original budget. I still update this list from time to time even though I haven't used it in months (as it turns out people don't appreciate infinite combos in casual play). If anyone reading this has experience with time Sieve-based decks, feel free to post any constructive criticism.
