which was a huge inspiration (as is quite obvious from the similarities), check it out if you are interested in an actual competitive Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck.

Primer

We have multiple overlaping combo's in this deck.

The primary combo consists of milling/exiling our entire library and then reanimating/resolving Thassa's Oracle .

We must first mill ourselves though

The primary combo of this deck is a Eternal Scourge + Food Chain combo line that goes as follows:

  1. Have Food Chain and Eternal Scourge on the battle field
  2. Exile Eternal Scourge with Food Chain to generate 4 mana
  3. Use 3 mana to cast Eternal Scourge (this is the only point where our opponents can interact with us).
  4. We return to step 1 with one floating mana. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until we have infite mana that we can ONLY use on creatures.
  5. We repeatedly cast and exile Sidisi, Brood Tyrant to mill our entire library and create an army of 2/2 zombies.
  6. We have at least 3 zombies.
The second combo in the deck is a Hermit Druid line which works as follows:

  1. We activate Hermit Druid for .
  2. We reveal cards from the top of your library until we reveal a basic land card (there are none).
  3. Since there are no basic lands you reveal all the cards in our library and thus we mill our entire library.
  4. We have milled Narcomoeba which puts itself on the battlefield.
  5. We have milled Fatestitcher which we can unearth for .
  6. We now have at least 3 creatures on the battlefield.

Having milled our entire deck we can now sacrifice 3 creatures to flashback Dread Return . This allows us to reanimate a creature.

Remember that we can get 2 additional creatures from Narcomoeba and Fatestitcher . We can also use Fatestitcher to tap down a blue land from one of our opponents.

We now have 2 primary outlets:

  1. Thassa's Oracle , which will win us the game on ETB.
  2. Laboratory Maniac , after which we flashback Deep Analysis (for 1U) or Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath (for UUGG or a reanimation spell from hand).
We also run a number of secondary combo's
If we have both Thassa's Oracle and Tainted Pact or Demonic Consultation in our hand have the following combo.

  1. Cast Thassa's Oracle for uu.
  2. In response to her ETB we cast Demonic Consultation for or Tainted Pact for 1B.
  3. Choose a card not in your library or keep revealing cards until you have exiled your entire library.
  4. Win the game when Thassa's Oracle 's ETB resolves.

We can also use Jace, Wielder of Mysteries instead of Thassa's Oracle . Laboratory Maniac is a bit trickier, but can also be used (we need a way to draw a card).

We can use doomsday to exile our entire library + graveyard except 5 cards, which are:

  1. Dread Return
  2. Thassa's Oracle
  3. Narcomoeba
  4. Postmortem Lunge
  5. Memory's Journey

We then cast/attack with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant to mill the top three cards (and creating a zombie token).

From here on out we can flashback Dread Return to reanimate Thassa's Oracle . Since there are at most 2 cards in our graveyard we win the game.

If we can cast both Doomsday and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant in the same turn the top three cards of your library are stacked by the cards above.

If not, we can put a counterspell at the top of our library (such as Pact of Negation ) or our fourth land, after which the three cards follow. The final card being Memory's Journey .

We use Memory's Journey to shuffle Doomsday and Thassa's Oracle back into the library, which allows us to repeat this as much as we want.
