The chances of you getting the right opening hand are so slim, they have an unhealthy BMI range.
To do this most efficiently and give your opponent as little time as possible to fight back your opening hand must consist of - 1x Swamp + 1x Dark Ritual + 1x Doomsday + 1x Island or instead of the two lands 1x Underground River. It would also help if you got another Dark Ritual and/or 1x Temporal Extortion. Or a Tome Scour, though it is none of those are necessary. First turn you play the Swamp, play the Dark Ritual, play the Doomsday. Choose Shelldock Isle to go on top of your library and either Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Laboratory Manic, depending on what you feel is best for the situation. If you choose the Laboratory Maniac and there is not a Tome Scour in your hand, place one below it when using Doomsday.
Now, if you chose dear old Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, next turn you should be able to play it due to Shelldock Isle's secondary effect, I am looking for a way to play it on the current turn. You should now have an extra turn, skip to your next turn if there is nothing you can/want to do. Now hopefully you draw or have either Dark Ritual or Temporal Extortion, one of each is needed if you want to really annoy your pals on the other side of the table. BEFORE you attack with Emrakul, play the Temporal Extortion, now you've won the game regardless of their choice (assuming all has gone well).
If you chose the Laboratory Maniac you will need the Tome Scour to be below it if there isn't one in your hand. Same principal as before but this time, after casting the Laboratory Maniac you either need to wait one more turn, or if the conditions are right, cast Tome Scour and target yourself. You should win on your next turn.
