A third attempt at the Rainbow Stairwell format, and another tribal deck. I tried out slivers, frankly, because they're really easy. Mostly, I'm just trying to get a few decks lined up so I can playtest and tweak from there.

There seems to be a lot of disagreement about how to build for Rainbow Stairway, but my understanding is one card each of CMC 1 to 6 in each of the five colours, plus six artifacts (one each of CMC 1-6). Lands are 4 of each basic land, plus 4 open slots. No golds, and no hybrids.
