U/R Gifts Storm is the cheapest competitive modern deck, the goal of the deck is to cast a lot of spells in one turn using a bunch of rituals, cantrips, and then cast them all again with Past in Flame and finally kill you opponent with a lethal Grapeshot (more description of deck to come)
