I'm new to EDH, so I built this primarily from cards I already had. It's an Azorius control build based largely on Cloudchaser.Kestrel's Courting attack, Isperia Supreme Judge deck.

It encourages players to attack you in order to trigger Isperia's card draw, then fizzles the damage until you assemble what you need to lay down the beat.
