This deck was an attempt to translate the feeling of legacy delver to a much more budget version. I subbed in strictly worse versions where possible but generally tried to keep the basic idea of "cheap threat, counterspell, draw spell, slight bit of burn". A previous version of this list included treasure cruise, but, honestly, I feel like putting in a card that's banned/restricted in 4 competitive formats is kinda cheating for a deck that's meant to be casual fun.
