This is an Ink-Treader Nephilim EDH deck based around the idea of bouncing spells of your commander then spending the next few minutes giggling manically while the stack resolves. Even though Ink-Treader is not technically a legal commander, I still suggest building this deck if you are looking for a cheap, fun, deck to play with friends (many playgroups have house rules allowing the Nephilim as commanders).

If you have any suggestions for cards that could be fun it this deck and don't cost enough to throw this deck out of the 60-75 dollar range, please suggest them.
