Sideboard

This is a fairly stock U/R Jace Breach deck with a transformational sideboard into madcap experiment platinum emperion. The sweltering suns is a pretty sweet addition to this deck allowing you to clear the board game one against aggressive decks, and cycle against decks that its weak against (control, jund, tron, combo). The roast is pretty meta-game dependent, but I often find that I need to deal with large threats game one. Serum Visions is much better than opt against hand disruption because you can keep combo pieces on top and you get to dig one card deeper, which is extremely relevant in this deck. You could go a more instant speed route with another cryptic, more opts, and maybe an electrolyze, and simian spirit guides for faster blood moon, jace, and through the breach. I find this deck to be incredibly consistent, I hardly run into mana troubles besides occasional flooding, but desolate lighthouse and jace both help with that. The combo is not difficult to get in hand by turn 5, or turn 7 with remand/izzet charm. This is a control combo deck that you will win 9/10 times game one with Through the breach emrakul, and 1/10 with jace/snapcaster and vendilion clique beatdowns. Jace typically never reaches ultimate, because by that many turns you should have the combo together with a jace out. Post board is interesting because many free wins will come from your opponent not sideboarding for madcap experiment, and even taking out maindeck cards that would otherwise be poor against the deck. The 3 dispel is pretty necessary because burn is not a great matchup if you dont draw madcap, and it excels at protecting the madcap combo turn 5 or through the breach combo turn 6. By force is great against affinity, which can kill you quickly before you can combo, its also good against amulet and tron. Abrade is for artifacts that i need to deal with instant speed and is also a removal spell against aggressive creature decks. 2nd roast is for tarmogoyf decks and any other big creatures that need to be dealt with. Negate is decent against jund, great against control and most combo decks. Ceremonious rejection is great against affinity, tron, and eldrazi decks. Izzet staticaster is great against decks with a lot x/1's like affinity, lingering souls decks (blocking emrakul and having extra permanents can be extremely annoying), and decks with mana dorks.
