This is a pretty straight forward Mono White Pauper deck. The idea is to use the soul sisters for life gain, the Thraben Inspector and Squadron Hawk for card advantage, and hold out until I can get Guardians' Pledge out. Suture Priest does damage and gains life, and I can sacrifice Kami of False Hope to prevent combat damage. Loyal Cathar   and Doomed Traveler are great blockers that can flip/create tokens and trip the soul sisters and Suture Priest an additional time.
