I'm unsure about encrust, but I wanted some "removal" and you don't really see much vigilance these days.

Cloudform getting master of waves would suck if you didn't have another one, but snagging a skulker or thassa would be great.

Font of fortune is not super efficient mana-wise, but it is also my only possible 2-drop, and leaving it up in anticipation of skulkers/for the devotion (until you see fit to pop it, of course) makes it seem like the right choice for card draw.
