This deck is probably jank, but it should be fun at least. It contains exactly 99% permanents. Primal Surge is the only non-permanent card in this deck so if I manage to cast it, I win if Laboratory Maniac and Baleful Strix (or some other carddraw thing) is still in the library. If someone tries to kill the Maniac in response, I will have roughly a billion lands to sacrifice to Sylvan Safekeeper for protection.

This is of course not the only path to victory. The strategy of this deck is to fill the graveyard, which with Muldrotha on the battlefield works as a second hand. I have a bunch of ways to do this all the way up the curve. Then cast some cool value creatures, sacrifice them and cast them again and just outvalue the opponents.

Some notable cards/combos

I play Dredge in modern (check out deck:17-10-18-creeping-death ) so Golgari Grave-Troll and Stinkweed Imp were among the first cards I added. The troll is just amazing at filling the yard and becomes huge when it's cast late-game. Stinky is a little less impactful when it's cast, but it's a fine blocker with its pseudo-deathtouch ability.

Deathrite Shaman - because we have to play it somwhere, right?

Most of the removal is based on making our opponents sacrifice stuff, but some targeted removal is neccesary so Ravenous Chupacabra , Shriekmaw and Noxious Gearhulk is included. Chups is a great sac and recast target and Gearhulk is a fine beater. I also run Pernicious Deed for some flexible boardwipe action. Night Incarnate can also get rid of a lot of small creatures.

Mystic Snake + Deadeye Navigator = try to resolve anything useful for the rest of the game.
