This is my take on RUG Delver (budget). Delver of Secrets and Young Pyromancer utilize the many 1-2 CMC instants. Bedlam Reveler and Delve cards like Hooting Mandrills, Become Immense, and Logic Knot to do something with all the cards put in our graveyard from Thought Scour. Also one Abbot of Keral Keep as a cool way of casting an instant/sorcery without losing card advantage in the mid-to-late game.
