Locust god deck reliant on wheel effects to spawn tokens. Wincons are Impact Tremors + token spawns (from the commander or Chasm Skulker, or skullclamp on insects to draw the entire deck (also Psychosis Crawler is relevant on this case), or Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Ophidian Eye for the same intent. A lot of card draw in order to reach the win conditions, plus some counters and artifact protection for the commander.

I'd like to maintain the wheel strategy on this deck, but I'm not sure how it will perform without The Locust God in play.
