Budget Kambal EDH deck.

Drain your opponent with lots of gain/lose life triggers. Extort is a common theme in the deck, and the win-cons are Felidar Sovereign, Approach of the Second Sun, and Debt to the Deathless. A natural win through draining is also. Lots of Orzhov recursion, and a substantial amount of graveyard hate.

Tried to stick to the Orzhov theme as much as possible, with the word "taxes" on my mind throughout. Didn't want to go the typical "you can't attack me" route like Kambal and Queen Marchesa are built frequently.

Tell me what you think! Thanks for looking! :)
