The goal of the deck is very simple, after hitting with Yidris in a preferably large game of commander, cast any number of Windfall cards until you cascade into Waste Not. Once that is on the field, if anyone is still alive after all the milling of the windfall effects and burn effects such as Liliana's Caress, cast Exsanguinate with mana you've accumulated from Waste Not or cast Bitter Ordeal and exile everyone's library.
