Meren with access to blue? Absolutely. I took apart my Meren deck, added some blue staples and ended up with this fun to drive Muldrotha deck. I am still looking for ways to replace the last few non-permanents in the deck.

Win-cons are combat based with big drops like Praetors to give me advantage, Lab Maniac/Hapless Researcher for a mill win-combo.
