Vintage Ramp deck. Im looking for some ideas on how to thin and boost the deck. Any suggestion may help.

Im not too experienced in mana ramps but i figured id give one a shot, im mostly banking on landfall and Crucible of Worlds. Even after getting all of my lands out sacing and replaying sac lands will keep landfall rolling at least once cruicible is out.

still i need ideas on how to tighten the deck as this is a type ive never really played with before.
