This is my third attempt at a list for Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. She's super-unique, but settling on a build for her has been difficult.

The idea behind this one is to make a deck that punishes opponents for drawing and discarding cards, while protecting you from their attacks -- classic Rakdos group slug/chaos.

The upside of a deck like this is that it is sure to work -- there is a ton of group card draw to enable all the draw and discard burn. However, these are also likely to paint a big target on you. So there are several pillow fort support cards like Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs and Marchesa's Decree as well as the auras from the Vow and Impetus cycle. You can uses these to keep your opponents' creatures from attacking you, or you can just use them to pump up and protect Xantcha as she does your dirty work under an opponent's control.
