This deck focuses on getting Xenagos, God of Revels out and then beating face with a huge (probably tramply) beast. One of my favorites that I've never been able to justify using in other decks is Terra Stomper . Nothing like an uncounterable hasty 16/16 coming at you.

Naturally the deck takes advantage of many creatures and them entering the battlefield. Where Ancients Tread and Warstorm Surge are good ways to get extra value out of your big beaters. Both of these can also be doubled with Strionic Resonator (and so can Xenagod for that matter). Speaking of abusing Xenagod's ability; another big way to do that is with extra combat phases. Aggravated Assault, Scourge of the Throne and Hellfire Tyrant are repeatable ways to do this, but flashing back Seize the Day always seems to take people by surprise.

Along with abusing high-powered creatures for damage you can also use them for card-draw. Soul's Majesty is a card I think is drastically underplayed. There's also Garruk, Primal Hunter and Momentous Fall as well, winch have peripheral benefits as well. I can't afford a Greater Good yet, but it's in the plans for the future.

There are a couple creature-cheat engines in the deck. There is plenty of consistency when it comes to combined power + toughness for Wild Pair and there is a complete line up to 7 in converted mana cost for Birthing Pod. You can also abuse cards like Lurking Predators and Call of the Wild with such a high density of creatures, especially if you have Chrystal Ball out. I only own one Sensei's Divining Top and it's in my Mayael the Anima deck, and I don't plan to move it or get another. I also know that Sneak Attack would be great in this deck, but I'm not shoveling out that cash for that one, so I'll throw it in if you're going to send me one for free.

One of the greatest things you can do with this deck is suit up a Mossbridge Troll with the MageSlayer and go to town. Or use Gratuitous Violence with Hydra Omnivore - for those who don't know Xenagod would double the hydra to 16 damage, then when it hit a player Gratuitous violence would double that to 32, then the hydra's ability would kick in and the Gratuitous Violence would double it again to 64 damage to each opponent you didn't actually attack.

I am trying to think of ways of lowering the CMC of the deck because I don't want to include more ramp, but I just love my fatties. If anyone can suggest some good cheap fatties and who they would replace it would be greatly appreciated. I should say that my playgroup doesn't like most of the Praetors so I won't be including Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger in the deck. Suggestions, especially budget suggestions, are encouraged and I'll gladly return the favor.
