This is my Dimir Mill build.

If you want a smoth and reliable aggro Mill Deck, this is the perfekt deck for you. The main strategy is to mill the opponent by using the strongest mill cards like Hedron Crab, Glimpse the Unthinkable, Fraying Sanity, Mind Funeral and Memory Sluice.

Jace's Phantasm, Undead Alchemist, Consuming Aberration and Avatar of Woe are providing perfect stats to protect us against creature based Decks.

Drown in the Loch is a nice utility card against different Decks.

Thought Scour, Visions of Beyond and Overwhelmed Apprentice are for the card draw and card selection.

The manabase is very simple, because we just need a bit more islands than swamps and all good two colored lands. Also Fabled Passage combines good with Hedron Crab.
