This started as a discard deck. I wanted to try to bring something similar to 8-rack into EDH. It has now evolved into discard and graveyard theft, along with a splash of blue control. I'm currently using Gisa and Geralf as commander for the Dimir color scheme, but I'm thinking about putting in Lazav. Any suggestions beyond that are much appreciated!!!
